Hi, I’m Calvin McGettigan, Business Development Manager and I will be your initial point of contact when you reach out to Richey Property Management. I want to hear about your situation and will take the time to discuss what we offer and guide you on what property management services you may need from a property management company.
From meeting you for walk-throughs, to advising on best ways to get your home ready to rent, I'll also advise you on the features that will affect the rent and help mitigate risks. Here to answer any questions you may have throughout this process, I want our clients to have a smooth and seamless transition to their personal RicheyPM onboarding specialist and team members.
I want to ensure that you have everything you need to move forward with confidence and security. Richey Property Management will help you make the most out of your property by renting or leasing to quality tenants, managing all aspects of the rental, to protect your biggest asset, your home.
We serve anyone who owns a single-family home that is not their primary residence in the Northern Virginia and D.C. areas. RPM specializes in helping our clients generate income by renting or leasing their homes while they’re on assignment. We pride ourselves on our excellent communication skills and expertise in creating new and innovative ways to solve problems for our owners.
A Word About My Background:
I was born and raised into a family in the hospitality industry and have traveled the world delivering outstanding customer service for 15 years.
I completed my education at Shannon College in Ireland graduating with a Bachelor of Business Studies with International Hospitality Management and French. I have a passion for business and helping others which has led me to start a tutoring agency as well as become a soccer coach in my spare time. I am also an avid supporter of the Special Olympics.
I truly believe you must listen to learn, it costs nothing to be nice, that no stone should be left unturned, and that outside of a dog, a book is a man's best friend. Inside of a dog it's too dark to read!
